Chai Tea 50g - Loose Leaf Tea

Infuse in a saucepan on a low heat for 10 minutes.

• Heat the milk/water in a saucepan over a very low heat.
• Use 3 teaspoons per cup into the pan, Sweeten with light brown sugar or honey to taste (chai tea should be sweet, but use less if you like),
• then leave to infuse, but not boil, for 4 to 5 mins.
