Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates - Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Cheeky Chai ships to addresses within the U.K
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped .
Customs, Duties and Taxes Cheeky Chai is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages Cheeky Chai is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.K
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days from receipt of order we will dispatch orders using either Royal Mail or courier for large orders. Royal Mail aims to deliver most 1st class mail in the UK by next working day but do not guarantee this. Royal Mail also state that they aim to deliver to European destinations within three to five working days, major cities worldwide within five days and other destinations within seven.
In any instance, we request that you allow up to 10 working days for delivery of your order before contacting us about an order not received. We will always do our utmost to inform you of any potential delay.

It is the responsibility of the customer to enter their correct billing and shipping addresses through the order process. Unfortunately Cheeky Chai cannot be held accountable for missing orders due to incorrect details being supplied by the customer.
