Red Berry Cold Infusion
Ingredients
- 3 Teaspoons of Cheeky Chai Red Berry Tea
- 568ml/1 pint freshly boiled water
- 1 lemongrass stalk, bruised
- 2 lime leaves, bruised
- 400g/14oz mixed red berries, such as strawberries, raspberries, redcurrants
- 2 tbsp honey
- ice
Method
- Put the tea in a heatproof bowl, pour over the boiling water over and leave to brew for 5 minutes. Allow to cool.
- Add the lemongrass, lime leaves, 200g/7oz of the berries and honey and mix to combine. Add 300ml/10fl oz of water and stir.
- Place in the fridge to chill for 1 hour.
- Serve over ice with the remaining berries.
Chai Twizzle
INGREDIENTS
- 2 ounces Baileys Original Irish Cream
- 3 ounces brewed masala chai tea
- 2 teaspoons raw brown sugar
- Garnish: cinnamon stick
How to Make It
- Brew a pot of chai tea (authentic Indian Spiced masala chai recipe here).
- Add 2 teaspoons of raw brown sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Fill a coffee mug with chai tea and Baileys Original Irish Cream.
- Stir with cinnamon stick.
Moroccan Mint Cold Infusion
Ingredients
- 2 cups hot water.
- 2 cups cold water.
- 4 teaspoons of Cheeky Chai Moroccan Mint Teaw.
- Handful fresh mint leaves.
- 2 tablespoons sugar.
- Ice.
